Terms of Service - TCG Card Scanner & Card Value

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TCG Card Scanner & Card Value mobile application (the “Application”) provided by Xylo Solution LLC (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Use of the Application

The Application is provided as a Freemium service for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Application only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

2. User Accounts

Some features may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

3. Subscription & Billing

Certain premium features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective payment terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.
Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google policies.

4. Artificial Intelligence Features

The Application may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to scan, identify, analyze, or estimate card values.

AI-generated results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated information, card identification, or market value estimates.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Application.
Use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Upload malicious, offensive, or infringing content.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Application.
Use automated systems or bots to abuse the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and technology associated with the Application are owned by or licensed to Xylo Solution LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Application without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Application may integrate with third-party services such as:

RevenueCat
Apple App Store
Google Play Store
Analytics and AI service providers

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Card pricing and value estimates may be inaccurate or outdated.
We are not responsible for financial decisions based on information provided by the Application.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xylo Solution LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the Application during the previous 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the Application or on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
